  • Please do not change the temperature on the pool - it takes 1hour for the water to increase by half a degree so will be of no benefit to you whatsoever.  We will refuse future admission if you fail to follow this.

  • You can amend your booking up to 12 hours before the start time - after this time you will lose your deposit and it cannot be used against another booking.

Any damage must be reported and you may be invoiced for some/all of the cost of repair.  Not only does this include physical damage to the building and equipment, but to the water such as sickness/diarrhea/leaky nappies.  In such instances we have to empty, clean and refill the pool - this process can take up to 5 full days to return to temperature and the cost to us in lost business is upwards of £600.  As a small business, this impacts us and our staff significantly.  DO NOT swim if you are unwell and please ensure you/your child is wearing the correct swimwear.

We are not insured for parties and we do not hire out for baptisms.
